Stylestalker - Rittenhouse
by stalker zine
When looking at modern indie brands today, there seems to be two distinct categories which define them: The 'high end' successful 34-year-old type with simple yet unique pieces, and the 'querky kid' student type who's pieces experiment with textures, colours and functionality.
Born from the creative collaboration of couple Sally McDonald and Micah Hamdorf, Sydney based brand 'Rittenhouse' design clothes from toddler to teen to teacher. Focusing on this 'high end' style however managing to dip their toes in the more querky and intersting, expect to see traditional styles with a modern graphical interpretation.
Yet with these two types of indie fashion label, there is one major similarity. Price.
Rittenhouse conforms to both of these categories too, with a t-shirt costing you as much as 200$.
